If you opt out of sharing data, access to these services may be limited.

- Access your records (via a Subject Access Request)
- Correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of data sharing (national data opt-out programme)
Other uses of your data
- Risk Stratification: Helps identify patients at higher risk so we can provide proactive care
- Invoice Validation: Ensures the correct NHS organisation pays for your treatment
How long we keep your records
- 10 years after death or emigration (in line with NHS guidelines)
